The #Campaign4YouthRecognition's YVH Youth Honours 2012-2025 has three new names bringing the running total to 73. This campaign identifies and celebrates young changemakers  (aged up to 30 in the UK, 2012-2025 - see below) who exceptional role models in an effort to inspire more nominations for national recognition across five awards. The King's Honours, Diana Awards, Pride of Britain, and the British Youth Citizen Awards. Our resources section includes links and tips.  The full Kings Birthday Honours list of all ages will include others excelling in sport, arts and business but this list only includes those whose citation also references some sort of social action/campaigning/community benefit. New Year Call to action....Votes at 16 isn't going to be enough to focus the nation of listening to young people too. We need a wider range of 'YouthVoice' reforms to embed the principles of listening, working with and investing in young leadership, by Government and society. That means between elections and for a broader age range.
